“Facade as a Garden Shelf”
The facade concept reimagines the traditional building exterior by integrating lush terraces and vibrant gardens into a dynamic, sustainable framework. This innovative design presents a multi-level arrangement of green spaces that not only enhances the building’s visual appeal but also functions as a natural shading system, creating an eco-friendly envelope for the apartments.
Inspired by modular constructivism, the design approach intertwines two distinct grids to form a continuous three-dimensional structure that wraps the building, achieving both aesthetic and functional harmony. The result is a striking facade that seamlessly connects architecture and nature.
This 36-story residential tower will feature 120 contemporary units, each benefiting from the environmental advantages of the green terraces. The ground level will be dedicated to a health center, adding a community-focused dimension to the project and further promoting wellness in the living environment. This design stands as a bold statement of sustainable living, blending comfort with ecological mindfulness in an urban setting.
